The Foundation for Sustainable Rural Development works not only at the local level but also actively contributes to the development of regulatory and legal frameworks that shape the future of rural communities. We foster dialogue between local residents, businesses, government, and international organizations.
Our initiatives are represented in Parliament and on international platforms, including the United Nations, and are supported through collaboration with ministries and local administrations. This approach enables us to achieve systemic change that drives long-term development. We believe it is essential for the voices of rural communities to be heard at every level—from villages to global discussions.

Institutional Development
Фонд устойчивого развития сельских территорий видит свою задачу не только в реализации отдельных проектов, но и в создании условий, где развитие села становится частью долгосрочной политики страны.
На международном уровне Фонд представляет Казахстан в глобальных дискуссиях по Целям устойчивого развития. В 2022 году мы участвовали в семинаре по подготовке Добровольных национальных обзоров для стран Северной и Центральной Азии и в параллельных мероприятиях ПРООН в рамках Политического форума высокого уровня в Нью-Йорке. В 2024 году Фонд начал партнерство с ФАО, Международной организацией по миграции, образовательными институтами и глобальным бизнесом.
На национальном уровне Фонд поднимает ключевые вопросы долгосрочного планирования в Парламенте Казахстана. Мы выступали в Мажилисе о необходимости стратегии развития для каждого района, презентовали инициативы в Сенате и участвовали в разработке Концепции развития сельских территорий РК на 2023–2027 годы. Также Фонд вносил предложения по решению системных проблем, связанных с развитием особо охраняемых природных территорий.
На общественном уровне мы вовлекаем жителей, бизнес и НПО в процесс изменений путем разработки совместного видения развития сельских районов, долгосрочных и среднесрочных стратегий.
Такой комплексный подход позволяет Фонду объединять разные стороны и добиваться изменений, которые укрепляют устойчивость сельских территорий на долгие годы.
