18 апреля в поселке Касыма Кайсенова — административном центре Уланского района — произошло по-настоящему радостное событие для детей, родителей и педагогов: состоялось торжественное открытие нового, просторного и современного здания музыкальной школы.
В церемонии приняли участие Министр просвещения Республики Казахстан Гани Бейсембаев и аким Восточно-Казахстанской области Нурымбет Сактаганов.
According to the Minister, this is a significant event for the Ulan district, creating extensive opportunities for the development of creatively gifted children, inspiring an interest in the arts, and providing access to quality education.
«I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the opening of the new music school! This is a true home for talent, paving the way to the future for the younger generation. It is particularly symbolic that the opening takes place on the eve of the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan and the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.
At the meeting of the National Kurultai, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized that supplementary education must become an integral element of the comprehensive upbringing of the younger generation. He noted that education and upbringing should go hand in hand, and the 'Adal Azamat' (Honest Citizen) program will become the foundation for shaping an honest and educated generation that aligns with national value», — the Minister noted.
The East Kazakhstan Region ranks among the leaders in children's coverage with supplementary education, with this figure reaching 94%.
Until recently, the music school was housed in the House of Children's Creativity. Now it has its own spacious and modernly equipped building, opening up new horizons for the free creative development of both students and teachers.
Сотрудничество между школой и Фондом устойчивого развития сельских территорий началось в 2019 году. Тогда были закуплены музыкальные инструменты, такие как флейта, цифровое пианино, саксофон, альт-саксофон, гитара, виолончель, скрипка, прима-кобыз и домбра. В 2021 году школа была дополнительно оснащена традиционными казахскими инструментами — сыбызгы, сазсырнай, шанкобыз и другими.
Кроме того, по инициативе Фонда для поддержки профессионального роста преподавателей был приглашён известный казахстанский композитор и мультиинструменталист Едиль Хусаинов, который запустил обучающую программу для педагогов музыкальной школы.
As part of the ongoing partnership, representatives of the Fund were invited to the opening of the new school building as guests of honor.
The new building of the music school features 14 classrooms, a choreography hall equipped with mirrors and ballet barres, and a 126-seat concert hall with an LED screen—all of which will enable cultural and educational events to be held at a high level.
